Our founder, Pyke, is a seasoned entrepreneur with a passion for business and a drive for success. He has built and sold two successful companies, both of which were in the technology industry.
But as Pyke’s children grew up, he realized that he was missing out on the most important moments of their lives. He didn’t want to look back on his life and regret not being there for his family. So, he made the difficult decision to sell his companies and prioritize his family over his business.
Despite his success, Pyke knew that he still had a lot to offer the business world. He wanted to use his knowledge and experience to help other entrepreneurs, especially those who were struggling to balance their business and personal lives. This desire led him to create Bulletproof Ventures, a action oriented, hands on, consulting firm that helps entrepreneurs scale their businesses while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Pyke’s unique perspective and approach sets him apart from other consultants and allows him to understand the struggles and challenges that entrepreneurs face. He is now part of a select group of entrepreneurs who have achieved financial freedom and can now focus on giving back to the business community by helping others achieve their goals.

Pyke also decided that it was time to prioritize his family and make a change. So when he sold his businesses, and while most people in his position would have retired and enjoyed the fruits of their labor, Pyke felt a strong desire to give back and make a difference in the world. So he started (also) a business with a mission to help people, and especially children, overcome their insecurities and reach their full potential. This is a side project that will take the rest of his working life and involves providing knowledge sharing and creating the right moral and work ethics within his 5 young children. This philanthropic mission is deeply ingrained in our company culture and is at the heart of everything we do. We believe that by helping others, we can create a better world for future generations, and that’s why we are dedicated to being the best in our field, and providing the best service possible to our clients.
